Project management experience in technical environments leading teams through waterfall and agile methodologies Required 8 Years.
PMP & CSM Certifications Required.
Experience managing modernization or cloud-related projects. Required 8 Years.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle models. Required 10 Years.
Experience working closely with development, QA, and engineering teams. Required 7 Years.
Strong knowledge of Scrum methodologies and Agile delivery practices. Required 8 Years.
Ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and guide maturing Agile teams. Required 8 Years.
Proficiency with Azure DevOps (Boards, tracking, visibility) or similar tool. Required 8 Years.
Proficiency with Microsoft Planner Premium or similar tool. Required 8 Years.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables. Required
Project management experience in technical environments. Highly desired 10 Years.
Experience supporting microservices or API-driven environments. Desired 8 Years.
Experience implementing delivery process improvements. Desired
