Interview Process: In-person and virtual. First round will be a 30 minute virtual interview that will focus on technical and soft skills. 2nd round will be in person and mostly technical. Interviews will involve manager and members of the development team.
Hybrid Schedule (non-negotiable): This position requires in-office work Tuesdays and Wednesdays. In office days are mandatory and cannot be altered.
Candidates MUST be local to Lansing, Michigan area (within 90 miles) at time of submission. This requirement is non-negotiable.

Required Skills:

Demonstrated hands on experience with Salesforce, including SFDX and the Salesforce Development Lifecycle.
6+ years of strong Salesforce development experience.
4+ years of experience developing within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, HTML5, and JavaScript.
5+ years of experience working with Service Cloud and/or Health Cloud.
3+ years of hands on experience with Salesforce Lightning, including LWC.

Preferred Skills:

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II.
Experience with Conga and Drawloop.
